EEG Technologist
Dent Neurologic Institute is seeking a part-time EEG Technologist to work at our Amherst location. The position includes some evening hours and weekends. A background in pediatrics is preferred, as well an Associate's Degree, specializing in Electroneurodiagnostics, and previous experience as an EEG Technologist. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a strong committment to providing quality patient care.

Responsibilities include taking vitals, rooming patients, assisting patients with various forms, assisting with procedures, and contributing to overall patient care. Requirements include working well in a team environment, previous experience as a Medical Assistant, and excellent communication skills. Certification as a Medical Assistant is preferred, but not required.

Polysomnographic Technician
DENT is currently seeking a part-time Polysomnographic Technician to work in our Sleep Department. The responsibilites of this position include gathering and analyzing patient information, polysomnographic test preparation procedures, and polysomnographic record scoring. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in the medical field, have excellent patient-interaction skills, and a strong problem-solving ability.

Customer Service Representative
DENT is currently seeking a full time Customer Service Representative for our Call Center. Responsibilities include responding to incoming phone calls, transferring them to correct departments, and scheduling appointments for patients. At least one year of experience in a call center environment is required. Must be a team player, work well in a fast-paced environment, and have excellent interpersonal skills.
