Marc Frost M.D.
Dr. Frost received his medical degree from the State University of New York Health Science Center at Brooklyn. He completed his Medical Internship at the Millard Fillmore Hospital and his Neurology residency with the Dent Institute and the State University of New York at Buffalo, School of Medicine and Biomedical Sciences, serving as Chief Resident his final year. Dr. Frost returns to the Buffalo area after completing a two-year fellowship training in EEG, Evoked Potentials, Epilepsy, and Sleep Disorders at the University of Michigan. During this time he was involved in research concerning the relationships between sleep and epilepsy. He serves as Chief of the EEG Laboratory and Chief of the Epilepsy and Sleep Disorder Division of the Dent Institute for 9 years before briefly moving to Pinehurst, North Carolina. He returned to the Dent in 2007 and continues to be actively involved in the Epilepsy and Sleep Divisions.

Elizabeth D. Smith, MS, CPNP
Elizabeth Smith received her Master of Science and Pediatric Nurse Practitioner from the State University of New York at Buffalo. She is board certified in pediatrics through the Pediatric Nursing Certification Board. Her clinical experience includes pediatric and adolescent neurology including seizures and sleep disorders, adolescent headache medicine, general pediatrics and emergency/ urgent care.
Elizabeth joined the DENT in 2007. She is presently involved in general pediatric neurology and adolescent headache medicine. She is involved in research protocols at the DENT for headache treatment.
Areas of interest include: pediatric neurology, seizure treatment, sleep disorders and pediatric and adolescent headache medicine. |
