Karly Kozlowski is a Certified Registered Physician Assistant in the DENT Headache Center and is a member of the American Headache Society. She graduated from Duquesne University with a Bachelor’s of Health Science and a Master’s of Physician Assistant.

Karly is located at DENT Tower in Amherst.
